XPatient Barcelona is the benchmark congress on changing the healthcare model to empower patients and put them at the centre of the process, and will be held on 20 September at Caixa Fòrum Barcelona. 

The event is promoted by the XPA Barcelona (Patient Experience) community of healthcare professionals and organised by Eurecat and Hospital Clínic.

The welcome speech will be given by Dr Joan Escarrabill, director of the Chronic Care Programme at Hospital Clínic, and Dr Felip Miralles, director of the eHealth R&D Unit at Eurecat.
