The CataloniaBio & HealthTech Innovation Workgroup, in collaboration with the Vall d’Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), is organising the third Hospital Connection meeting under the title Medical needs not covered at Vall d'Hebron: Find your opportunity, on 7 July, which will be held online.
The purpose of this meeting is to raise awareness about the different needs identified when tackling Covid-19 at the Vall d’Hebron University Hospital in Barcelona, as well as other therapeutic areas, and to make it easier to come to joint hospital-business solutions to get them to the patient as quickly as possible.
The Vall d’Hebron University Hospital is the largest hospital in Catalonia with a team made up of 7,100 professionals and a budget of €579M. Its model is based around care, teaching, research and innovation, in which the VHIR and the Vall d'Hebron Institute of Oncology (VHIO) play a crucial role.
