On 12 February GSMA announced the cancellation of MWC and 4YFN Barcelona 2020. We recommend to follow the alternative event Tech Spirit Barcelona led by Barcelona Tech City, the City of Barcelona, the Catalan government and the MWCapital Foundation.

Mobile World Congress 2020 (MWC), the most important event in the world for the digital and mobile industry organised by GSMA, will be held in Barcelona from 24 to 27 February. The 2019 edition saw a record 109,000 participants, 59% of which were CEOs and top executives, and 2,400 exhibitors.

MWC is a unique opportunity to connect with top experts and benchmark brands in the sector, as well as discovering the latest advances in artificial intelligence, 5G, customer engagement, security and privacy.

This year's event will once again feature the 4 Years From Now (4YFN), the meeting of the leading technology start-ups will be hosting for the first time the Health Zone promoted by Biocat, Barcelona Tech City, CataloniaBio & HealthTech and Startup Catalonia. Also, the Youth Mobile Festival (YoMo) and Women4Tech programmes.
